Ignition and pressure adjustment of OXYACETYLENIC gases.

(1 bar = 0.1 MPa = 14.5 PSI)
Mount the nozzle corresponding to the thickness to be welded.

Slightly open the oxygen valve and then widely open the acetylene valve.

Light the torch
(Avoid the presence of a lighter, risk of ignition. The use of a manual or electric lighter is recommended)

Gradually open the oxygen valve to obtain a neutral flame.

Ignition and gas pressure adjustment OXYPROPANE, OXYBUTANE, OXY-NATURAL GAS

(1 bar = 0.1 MPa = 14.5 PSI)
Mount the nozzle corresponding to the thickness to be welded.

Slightly open both taps.

Light the torch
(Avoid the presence of a lighter, risk of ignition. The use of a manual or electric gas lighter is recommended.)

Slightly increase the opening of the gas valve, then slightly that of the oxygen valve
and so on until the gas valve is completely open.

INFO Auto Brazing

Torches that use the technique of internal mixing.
The mixture of fuel gas (propane natural gas) with oxidizing gas (oxygen) takes place in the burner.
The internal mixing technique and the layout of the outlets guarantee a constant temperature in the flame section.
